Default Blocking HTML content in Outlook 2000

In Outlook Express and newer vesions of Outlook, there's an option to block
HTML content in messages when they download to your Inbox. It's found under
the Security tab in Outlook Express. But, there's no similar option for
Outlook 2000. Is there an add-on that will do this?

Google is your friend. Look at slovaktech for an add-in that may do this for Outlook 2000 - not sure.

I found an attachment options add-on from that company, which I installed
and under the new security options, chose to block everything. But, HTML
content still shows up in the opened email, with pictures and working links
and all. So, that doesn't seem to work, although the program may be very
good at blocking attachments. I'll continue to look around, but if you have
any other ideas, please send them my way. Thanks.
