Bad or missing SBERET.MSI file

I have a IBM NetVista running WIndows XP with Office 2003 SBE. All software
preloaded at OEM. Disk drive was replaced and reloaded PC with OEM Recovery
CD's. Tried to start Word, but getting error message "bad or missing
SBERET.MSI file." Searched the CD's for the file and not found. IBM support
unable to supply original Office 2003 SBE CD, only Recovery CD's.
