Default backup/save preferences (toolbars/signatures/custom dictionaries e

Is there a way to backup all of the things you have customized?

I'd like to 'transplant' my current settings ( for all of office) to a new
workstation.

I will be changing workstations.... having done that before... it is a pain
to have to set everthing the way you want it.
