Auto configuration always reccur

Auto configuration always reccur

A "configuration progress" window will always pop up when executing/opening
an excel file. This only happens to the MS Excel. The Office installed is
Office Small Business 2007. Other programs such as Word and Outlook are OK

How do we stop this from recurring. Thanks.
