Default Authorised permissions on all my programs

Hi, Tried to load netgear onto my machine (and failed) but now the 2nd user
of my machine has basically loss all permissions to go into all program files
including all of Office, outlook express adn internet access on her side. we
can't even change the desktop theme on her side. Message that keeps coming up
is that she doesn't have authorised permissions. Anybody help????? Thanks

Try posting this to the proper news group for your operating system - this is not it.

After furious head scratching, nessy asked:

Hi Milly, Where do you suggest - Its a general problem and there isn't any
headings that cover my issue that's why I posted it here. Thanks Vanessa
