Default Any off line training courses available?

The help and how to self paced free training courses for different office
programs (word, excel, etc) is great, perfect for our office staff, but our
office staff's computers don't have internet access.......

Q. Are these free training courses or similar available off line in some
mannor? Can they be burned onto a cd etc???

Thanks for any help!

I also like the Missing Manual series. Not quite as "cutesy" as the Dummies
