Alt 0162 Makes ¢ Sign - Question

a neat FYI is that -- Alt 0162 -- via Rt side Nmbr Pad creates the ¢ Sign
at Cursor.

Can spell "macro" and that's it. For "learning" sake only, Is there any
shortcut method to make this one or two keystrokes?

I'd suggest Autocorrect, perhaps something like ~c. I use ~F and ~C for
degrees Fahrenheit, °F , or Celsius.

In Word, there is a default shortcut of Ctrl+/,C (that is, press and
release Ctrl and the slash together, and then press C). See

You may find something similar in other programs, or you can look in Google
for keyboard programs such as AutoHotKey that work throughout Windows.
