Default All office programs display Getting Started on start up.

Hi
Office '03

Recently all my office programs for our companies networked office have
started displaying the getting Started dialog at the side of the screen.

How can I get rid of this irritating habit?

I done a quick search of help. Maybe I'm going blind.

Cheers
