I purchased a new copy of Office Home and Syudent 2007, which can be
installed on 3 computers. Is there a way to install ona 4th computer? Can I
buy a license for the 1 computer?
Thanks.

Yes and no - you buy another three licences or not at all...
As Home and student doesn't have Outlook, why not try Open Office instead?

Fisrt question is no, not unless you remove it from one of the other
three first. Sure you can buy a Pro version for only one install, but
the H&S version is going to be cheaper.
