Default access 2007 problem

Hello all,

I did not see a specific access 2007 section, if I am posting in the wrong
place please let me know. My problem is settings i change under access
options do not save all i did was upgrade from 2003 to 2007 and the
switchboard wont open automatically like it used to, even after i tell it
display the form under access options because the settings will not save.
