Access 2007 Pic in Form OLE Error

I have an Access 2003 database which includes a table with a field to hold an
image. I have a form to upload and subsequently display the image within a
bound image field. This works great in 2003.

In 2007, I can create a new record in the form and upload the image
successfully. When I go into the form to display a record, the image does
not display. When I right-click the image, I get the following error:

The operation on the OLE Object Failed
The OLE Server my not be registered
To register the OLE Server, reinstall it.

Recreating the form does not fix the issue. Converting it to an accdb does
not fix the issue. Help!!!
