hello, does anyone know if I need to uninstall my trail version of office
small bus. before loading my office pro version? If so, what are the files
that need to removed?

Yes. You need to remove the trial version. You don't do this by deleting
files yourself. Do this using the Control Panel, otherwise registry and
other settings will not be removed, and Windows can continue to think it's
still installed.
Start - Settings - Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs,Microsoft Office 2007
Small Business, remove, etc. (Slightly different command stream in Vista,
but it should be easy enough to find.)
