Default 2007 Home and student Office

I have a question. I already have the Home and Student Office installed on my
desktop and on my laptop in my house. My laptop recently crashed and is
getting a new hard drive. When I re-install microsoft Office on my laptop, is
this going to count as my third installation of the program?
I've lloked on at the FAQ's and nothing rally addressed this issue.

No. You are permitted to have the software similtaneously installed on a
maximum of three machines, you may re-install as many times as you wish.
