Thumbs up Plugin Toolkit

http://plugintoolkit.net - Open source, written in C#, and can be consumed by any .Net language. I personally like its reflection and scripting helpers, they make compiling C# code at runtime really easy.

(not an advert, just a starter for a dead forum )
