Default Microsoft banned from selling software.

A judge bans Microsoft from selling their Office Word Software because they use XML programming language this has been patented by I4i.... supposing someone else used Microsoft's programming code, Microsoft wouldn't be smiling then!

See BBC News Judge bans Microsoft Word sales

"We believe the evidence clearly demonstrated that we do not infringe and that the i4i patent is invalid. We will appeal the verdict."

Hmmm, wonder if I could claim that the Microsoft Logo Copyright is also invalid and use it on some crappy old software that I wrote?

They will appeal, then appeal again and again... I should have been a lawyer
