Default On-line broadband speed tests

Anyone noticed how widely varying these On-line broadband speed test are?

Yet they all claim to be accurate... guess the best way is to download a test file with a stop watch alongside... heres the one I use from Think broadband.

It's a little more accurate I'd say.... some of the on-line test I tried was very widely varying.

Megabytes and megabits are not the same which can also add to the confusion, see Wiki.
