Following problems with USB ports on a Tosh M30, I tried to follow the links
offered to the Tosh site and couldn't find my model listed.
All literature received with the device refer to it as an M30. The product
code on the bottom of the lappy gives PSM35E-0042X-EN.
I have looked on the Tosh site under both current and archive models for
both the Satellite and Satellite Pro, but cannot find reference to either
model number.
Anyone have this model and know where USB drivers may be found?

Try here Satellite Pro PSM35E is listed
First, you need to look on the Toshiba web site for the same country in
which the unit was originally (when new) sold.
Second, it's easy to get the wrong ID #; Toshiba has both part numbers
and model numbers. Without seeing (e.g. without a photo of) the bottom
label, it's hard to help you.

Here's a tip as to where to look.
The first part of the part number, in this case PSM35E, indicates that
it is a European model. The "E" is the key. For example if it was a
Japanese model the "E" would be replaced by a "J".
Some region codes for Toshiba notebooks:
U = US
C = Canada
E = Europe
J = Japan
A = Australia
I'm sure there's more but that's all I can remember right now.
