Default cleaning screens

I've used a special spray for cleaning the screen of my laptop. This is a
reflecting or glossy screen, or whatever it is called in English. Result is
fine.
Now, I have recently bought a new flatscreen for my pc, but this screen is
non-reflecting, matt surface. Can I safely use the spray for this screen
too?

Yes, but stay away from those other cleaners. And anything with ammonia
in it will yellow the screen in time.
