Anyone know how much memory the Dellâ„¢ Inspironâ„¢ 9300 will hold?

I have 256k. I would like to upgrade, but I don't know what the
largest size stick to get.

I have not purchased anything from these people but their web page does seem
to answer your question. You might also want to read the frequently asked
questions on the lower half of the web page.

They show a maximum of 1GB per slot for a total of 2GB.

Dell's docs are found here;

Look in the owners manual under appendix/specifications. However, it's
as Crucial has it.
