Here's the best advice you'll get all week:

Take this machine to someone who is qualified to help you out. You don't seem to be able to explain your problems very well, and if I may be honest, you don't appear to know much about computers.

If you have your original installation media from when you purchased the machine, it should only cost $50-150 to install the OS and diagnose any possible hardware issues.

You formatted and installed windows on D, leaving the recovery partition on C.... Try reformatting and installing Windows on C instead, but you'll lose the recovery, it's obviously booting from C - think about it !!

You are trying to boot Windows from drive D when it's booting from C, may be telling us why you wanted to do this might have saved you some trouble, like a repair install perhaps.

Should you format and re-install windows on C drive you will need all the mobo and hardware drivers.... see Clean and repair install, and also OEM Computer restore disks.
