Exclamation Pc wont boot when new video card installed

Hello, i just bought a new PCI-E x16 video card!
Model - giga-byte HD 3650
Motherboard - Asrock P4VM890

When i put my new video card on motherboard, PC wont boot, just blank screen and hdd light is always red!
I tired to change settings in bios (Changing gerenal graffic port)
I tired to Clear cmos whit jumpers, but nothing!


Please help!

Can you try the old video card by any chance, is the video card OK and can you confirm by trying it elsewhere?

Sometimes they do take a bit of pushing to insert so I would try refitting it again.... also you might like to double check you haven't caught any switches or links on the mobo that sets the clocking speed.

Video card is ok, i tried put it on my firends mobo!
Pci-e slot is ok too, becouse i tired put on it my old video card!
