I have a Packard Bell computer. It was working fine last week, but the other night, when I turned the computer on, it turned on ok but then it froze on me at the screen where it says Microsoft word starting up.
"Microsoft word" or "Microsoft Windows"? Either way, the first thing to try is to press and hold "Shift" button when the computer is loading. Does it help?
