Thumbs down Application Launcher Error

I don't know why i'm getting this error message.

Error message

There's the other error information that shows up when you click "Show problem details". Do you want that too? Kuz it has alot of codes and weird numbers in, i didn't want to post it, just incase it's meant to be private.

First question-Is this a program that is completely installed?
If yes, is it newly installed and this is your first running of that program?
If this was an existing, operating program, are there any changes that have occured on your machine? Virus/malware, etc?
You might be able to search the internets for a copy of that dll, but only download it from a trustworthy source.
What program is this, btw?

Well i uninstalled a program which converts videos to .GIF animated images for my avatar (although i still haven't successfully done this), since it wasn't working. Then a message saying something along the lines of "Windows has detected a file on your computer that none of your programs use". So i removed it, and restarted the laptop, and then this message starts coming up.

The program was ImageConverter Plus by the way.

I generally don't allow Windows to remove those shared files, because this is a possible side-effect. It appears that the file removed was indeed a file in use. This is probably because the program that uses the dll file didn't properly register the dll in the registry.

Re-install, or find it on the internet and replace it.

Question

When i reinstall it, where would i find that .dll file? I want to see if it's back on my computer when i have. Just incase that isn't the problem application, since i've installed and uninstalled many programs these past few days.

Edit

Nevermind. I know what program is causing this now. It's Sony Ericsson PC Suite. Gonna reinstall it and see how it goes.

Smile Sorted

The problem has been sorted. The message came up when i tried to use my phone's file managing program, which indicated that was the problem application. I downloaded the compatible version for Vista off the internet, and problem solved.
