Installed Windows 2008 Enterprise (Hyper-V) everything works fine.
When selecting reboot (eg. shutdown /r) then it almost shutdown.
Screen is turned off (Not displaying anything). Can't ping the box -
then hard drive has light as if it is running (not blinking at all)
The only thing to do is press and hold the power for 10 sec. to turn
it off

this might be a BIOS issue, a software problem or a hw issue
(capacitors? box must be pretty new, tho).
Check with different OS. If it works, be happy, if not contact HP support.

This is probably just a hanging Windows service or any program that
prevents the system from restarting. Try to boot in safe mode and from
there do a reboot, if it works it's something with your software.
