I have multiple xw8600's which when I place a hp bios update bootable cd into they HANG. I go into the bios to update from the cd and get "removable media is bad or missing".
I see a message before I get to this point saying " Default CD boot selection is 1.44 MB floppy". Does this help? Tips?
I've tried multiple cd's, downloads, machines. All xw8600's display same issue.
