Default HP Solution Center

I have two HP printers in my home network (a 2600n LaserJet and a C7280 AIO
InkJet). My problem is that both printers have their own software solution
centers or toolboxes. Why doesn't HP consider the fact that someone may
have more than one printer hooked up and offer a Solution Center which
recognizes and controls more than one printer. Or maybe they do.... Is
there a HP software solution to consolidate software packages for two or
more different printers?
