all fans running non stop..help please..

I have a hp pavillion m7658n. the power supply went out and i replaced it with antec psu 500w. all works fine except all the fans are running non stop and at full speed. what should i check / do?

I just bought an Antec 500w, and I noticed that its fan speed is at
least twice that of the Antec 350w. But the rest of my computer's fans
are working normally.
