Default utility to monitor CPU temp?

What utilities to folks use to monitor their CPU temp etc? Free is
preferable, I don't need anything sophisticated, just to give me basic
info to monitor my rig.

I have a couple but this is an easy and free program.
HWMonitor is a hardware monitoring program that reads PC systems main
health sensors : voltages, temperatures, fans speed.
