Do you have an AGP slot, as well as PCI ? AGP would
give better performance.
The 6200, the X1550, and the HD2400Pro, are not real "gamer" cards.
They at the low end of the charts. But the good cards for gaming
(which draw more electrical power as well), aren't listed on
Newegg any more. The X1950Pro and the HD3850 would be stronger cards.
Nvidia also had some strong AGP cards, but they stopped making boards
like that some time ago. (So you may find more selection on Ebay.)
The cards I mentioned above (6200/X1550/HD2400Pro) should
not cause a problem for your power supply, as they are
relatively low power cards.
To run a gamer card, you need a reasonable processor to drive
them. If the processor in the computer is weak, then a lot
of the performance of the video card will not be evident.
If the purpose of the new video card, is mainly to drive
two monitors, for desktop applications, then any of those
cards will do the job.
If you want top performance, the Radeon HD 3850 is the way to go, if you want to
pay the price. The "Ice Q" cooling on the more expensive card works well on my
older X1950 card. That version is also clocked higher than the cheaper version,
so decide if you want to spend all the $$ for an AGP card that you may not use
much longer...
