I upgraded my computer with a new power supply. graphics card, sound card
and memory. All woks perfectly except starting and sleeping.
When I start the machine, the monitor turns on and the fans start in the
computer, but the power light doesn't go on so the machine doesn't start up.
I have to turn the power supply rocker switch on and off a few times and
then the power light stays on and the machine works perfectly.
When I turn off the machine in the sleep mode, it will start up with mouse
movement if done within a short time period. If I wait some time, I again
have to use the rocker switch again on the power supply to get the computer
to start.
The computer works flawlessly when it is on!
This has me baffled. I have tried all different configurations in the
"power options" setting, but noting changes.
I can live with this, but I would like to know how to fix it.

That kinda sounds like the psu doesn't give the computer enough power
to boot up properly

That is something I've never heard of before but I will look into it
when I get home from work...
