Core2 quad, 65nm, FSB1333, LGA771 Xeon.

There are a bunch of server boards here, that list E5335.
The boards will likely use FBDIMM memories.

There are even some Walmart versions :-) These don't have
a lot of memory slots for FBDIMMs, compared to the Tyan
examples.

ASUS Z7S WS Dual LGA 771 Intel 5400 SSI CEB Server Motherboard - Retail $480

Intel BOXD5400XS Dual LGA 771 Skulltrail D5400XS Extended ATX Motherboard - Retail $630

For a real server board, with a better selection of expansion
slots, try Tyan or Supermicro.

For a power supply, you need to know how many hard drives
are to be used, how many high power video cards, in order
to power the system. If you want an example of a good
sized supply, try something like this.
