Default Image drive c

(a) In window 98, I use the "Norton Image Utility" to make the the
drive image of Installed window and all installed software. If
required to re-install the window, I use that image CD and installed
window and all software with in hardly 4 to 5 minutes.

It is possible to make window xp image CD or DVD, and use it on the
same machine. If it possible to make the installed window xp image CD/
DVD, please told us, which software is the best and essy to use.

(b) I frequently face the problem of file "mmulj.exe and
mmulj.dll", these file is appear on screen due to anti-virus software,
the massage is " Quarantine is fail, cleaning is fail" if problem is
still present please send a report to microsoft, when I click don't
send, the massage appear again and again, and I could unable to do
work. please told me a solution, how can stop this massage form
reappear. I use the Avast Anti-virus updated.

(c) I use the window xp with SP2, I have two accounts, one is "My
name" which administrator account, and the other is on the name of "
My wife" which is limited account. The "My name account" has a
password, my question is "Any one can use the Cnt+Alt+ twice Del, to
use the default administrator account and open my file, how can I
protect it from spy eye.
