For those who want to find out where the URL alias will take them, add
"preview" as the hostname, as in:

http://preview.tinyurl.com/66d5c6

You'll then see this is a spammer trying to collect reward points while
hiding their true URL, which is (with spaces added below so the URL is
not clickable):

http:// www. rewardprograms. org / thefreegeek / features / the - frugal
- pc - builders - toolbox - 100 - tools - and - resources - for -
finding - cheap - parts. html

Dang! My apologies, I had no idea about the double URL and the
"rewardprograms". I got the site from stumbleupon and TinyURL'd it
without looking closely at it. I'm not getting any rewards from the
URL, that I know. Anyway, the end site seems to have useful
information.
