Default Foxconn boards stable?

Anyone have any comments on this board? Foxconn NF4UK8AA-8EKRS
Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra ATX AMD Motherboard. I'm having
trouble finding the Asus A8N-E socket 939 board without being
robbed. Thought this might be a decent substitute. Any thoughts,
please. Not a gamer, over clocker or power user.

I wish I could teoll you,but I had to RMA mine.Newegg shipped out a new
board after two weeks. It should be here soon.
The problem was,It wouldn't recognize SATA drives or if they were in the
BIOS,I couldn't install anything
IDE worked okay and trying to access a sata drive while using an IDE boot
drive just froze everything. So,I won't get the new board 'til after easter
if you still want to know.

Yeah, I looked at that one, but it only supports 1.5 SATA, not 3.0.
