Finding the right host (MB)

Hi guys,

I have a duff MS - 7061 motherboard and would like to transplant the
good bits to a new host (cheapo off Ebay).

The good bits are:

Sempron 2200

256 sdram (marked 333)

Questions:

Will all Socket A MB's accept the Sempron? (Bus speed 166)

Will all Socket A MB's take the stick of memory (what should I look
for).
