Default Fan problem?

I just installed a new fan because my old one was really loud. Now
with the current one, I can hear a vibration. It sounds (and feels)
like the fan is hitting something, but when I open the case I don't
see any problems.

Have I not plugged it in properly and it's vibrating against the
motherboard?

Anything?

Look and see if the wiring or something is warping the thing when you
tighten the fan down in place. Sometimes putting it in upside-down or
sideways will fix things.

Try stopping the fan (with a finger in the center, not the fan-blades)
and see if the vibration/hitting-sound stops.
