external hard drive

I was backing up some files from my dell laptop to my diskgo hard
drive. The file are on the hard drive but now my laptop does show the
hard drive is pluged up to it. Please help.

Unplug the hd.

I had this happen to me a couple of time with my Dell laptop. The EHDD
works fine for a while, then just disappears from the BIOS. I bought a
Seagate EHDD and it seems to work fine for me.
