Has anyone here ever worked on a Dell Precision 420 Workstation?

I can't believe how sloppy everything fits together after it's been
apart. Does anyone know how to get the face to fit more snug? There's
clips on top, but it looks like there should've also been rubber
grommets holding in the center portion. Is there something missing?
