yes, at every amenity tip up and down the country.

I took a 17" fully functional one there 'tother day and gave a 21" away a
few months ago cos I could not get anyone interested in buying it.

I've got the same problem. I've got 3 or 4 that I want to get rid of,
and nobody will buy them, even for next to nothing. Even the local
school doesn't want them.

Look for someone who does digital photography such as Photoshop. Quite often
they actually prefer CRT monitors due to better color rendering.

NEC is currently selling some backstock:

These are new monitors, not refurbs. But I don't believe NEC
ships internationally.

A quick search for crt monitor on newegg.com turned up several. You
might try your favorite on-line merchant.
