It seems that it is very close that it has one of the same chipset
"VT82c693A" but the other isnt. im after one that has 4x Pci and 1x Isa ,
and the one as below is by "MS-6154" I need "FP" or "Future Power-VA693A"

It looks like the Futurepowerusa site didn't have PDF manuals
for download.
Does it visually look like this board ? Maybe it is made by
some other company. But without decent pictures of the
exact product Future Power was offering, it is pretty hard
to tell for sure. I found this page, by searching on the
two chip numbers above.

even the numbers match on the chipset and the pci, isa, cpu, ram, ide, power
and caps as well

In the download section at Microsoft, there are Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
viewer applications. The Word one, will give you the basic ability to deal with
a DOC file. I don't know if OpenOffice would handle the DOC file, but
it might be another alternative, if you are in Linux land.

Open office works fine on win, is free, and can read
doc files.
Oh and can convert to pdf.
