Antec P150 and Asrock motherboard

Hi,

I've got an AsRock P4VT8+ motherboard and I consider upgrading the case
of the computer to an Antec P150 case.
I'd like to know if this will work cuz I read somewhere the psu supplied
with the Antec P150 case, doesn't work with all motherboards (don't
know where I read it though...)
So the question is: does this work?
