Figure 76 on PDF page 296 here, shows the TX pair has a foil shield
around it, as does the RX pair. Twisting the pair would help, if you
were trying to get the same amplitude of crosstalk into both wires
of the pair, and then remove the crosstalk by using a truly
differential receiver with common mode rejection.
