I couldn't find any reference to that file. Presumably you
are running Vista or Win7? With either this is a software
problem but you are in a hardware forum.

Regardless, I would suspect you have a malware/virus/etc
infection and suggest scanning to remove them, and not
connecting the system to the internet until it checks out
clean as many malware these days will simply reinstall or
update themselves as well as download even more malware.

Generally the safer method is to pull the drive and mount
it's volume in another system rather than trying to battle
an infection of the operating system that is running... or
boot to another drive, just so long as it's not loading any
malware while you try to clean the OS.

It means your antivirus/malware software has removed an
infection called "yeuhnk.dll", and now the startup item the
malware was using, can no longer find that file. The
file was quarantined or deleted. You'd have to find
the registry entry or startup item referencing it,
to eliminate the error message.

Try using "Autoruns" to find the reference.
