400GB laptop hard drive

400GB (SATA 150) laptop hard drive - is there such a product?

If so, where can I buy one? The most I have been able to find at
newegg.com was 250GB (Samsung, Hitachi, WD).

No. I think you'll have to wait 12 months or so before such a
drive appears on the market.
