How do I change zoom level to keep from 100% from coming up when I connect
the computer. I have to make at 90% to keep from scrolling from left to
right. I have Win XP.

I have no idea what kind of ZOOM LEVEL you are talking about.
- If you are talking about the WINDOW (actived window) then using the
Mini/Maxi/Restore and you have option to scale to whatever size you wish.
And you will have to setup Windows to KEEP the current else it may switch
back to the *default* setting.
- Zoom Level, usually use in Graphic Program to ZOOM the image In/Out to
whatever percentage you wish (50%, 100% - 200% - 300% - 800% etc.)
- Zoom - may be use in photography like zooming the lens In/Out etc..
And the last 2 have nothing to do with WinXP or any OS.

And just how is this a HARDWARE question?
Make the window for the UNIDENTIFIED application bigger and then close
it at that size so it gets remembered the next time you open that
application. Or increase the screen resolution so more can be painted
within your monitor's physical size (which means everything gets smaller
in size on the screen).
