Default Weirdest thing - Ver. 2.0

I've got a 1gig thumb drive. When I plug it into a USB 2 hub, it reads
95% of the files & folders ok but will not read the others. It tells
me that there are bad sectors & lost chains, & do I want to fix them.
If I say yes, it says those files are totally unreadable & states
there is an i/o error. Yet if I plug the same thumb drive into any
USB 1 socket, it does not detect any errors and reads all the files
ok. If it's a transmission rate problem, why are only certain files
affected?

I had the same problem with a 1 gig OCZ drive. RMA'd it and the new one is
working fine.

You got a dud there. Have you tried formatting it?
