Googling that brings up many hits.............a BIOS update seems the norm
procedure

Vendor 10DEh = Nvidia Corp.
I updated my bios, and before i changed anything in there the error didn't
appear..
I enabled SMART, disabled SATA (as I don't have SATA drives) and I disabled
Full Screen Boot Logo and then it came back, I'm guessing it is because I
enabled SMART?
I'm going to go and disable it and come back and let you know...

It happened after you updated your BIOS ?.
Why did you update ?.
Does your Mboard have a Dual BIOS ?.
(My gigabyte board does )
If it were me, I`d make a note of my BIOS settings (pen&paper).
then reset the BIOS to see if that cured it.
