Default usb ps2 kvm switch

I need some help here....I have a Gateway notebook that I got several
months ago and am using a usb wireless mouse with it. I have a Belkin
4 port Omniview SE KVM switch which doesn't have USB...I had a PS/2
adapter plugged in and hooked up my wireless usb mouse and keyboard to
control my digital recording studio's mixing board and it did control
my now non working desktop PC...I am now looking for a KVM switch that
supports both USB and PS/2 connections...I have been on Google doing
searches and decided to post a question here....1 question I had was,
On the ports of the KVM Switches that support both USB and PS/2, am I
able to connect a usb cable from my notebook to the port to be able to
use my mouse? Hope someone can help me out...thanks in advance
