I have Tagan TG400 and Geforce 8500GT and when I turn on this I see in BIOS
something
strange chars on screen and in Windows screen is unreadable.
When I use another power supplies like Fever 400W and Chieftec 350
everything is OK.
I'm trying in two models of TG400 and on every is the same strange screen.
When I use other graphics cards (but olders) with TG everything is OK.
The Voltages on TG are in norm ATX. I check it by multimeter.

Did you check the voltage at the video card? Regardless of
whether you can find where the power is problematic, it
seems fairly clear this is the problem. I would not power
that card with that PSU anymore, not even to take another
voltage reading.

No i don't check it. I don't know where is the power on it.

I was thinking of AGP cards with an external connector,
since it might be PCIe there wouldn't be an external
connector on a card with low power usage like 8500GT, so it
is beyond a typical skill set to be able to measure this.
It is possible still, by looking at the voltage regulation
stages and probing with the meter positive lead right before
the inductor but if this isn't enough to do it you should
probably just measure at another PSU connector then try
another PSU.

i may be to late on this response but what MOBO are you using?? some
mobo's dont give the proper on board power to the AGP slot.. if this
does not match then i have seen this same issue.

I have Gigabyte P35 DSL but i also test it in other board yet.
