SD card firmware update problem

Please help! I have a .zip file firmware update to handle a 4GB SDHC card
on my ZVUE Z250 player but Win Vista Home Premium doesn't work as
right-clicking on file doesn't show the Extract option. Left double
clicking causes monitor to flash on and off 3X per second. What am I doing
wrong? Thanks
